| ARTIST DIRECTIONS | 1-page PDF Form: Contains step by step instructions detailing requirements for those who are interested in participating in Affair of the Arts. |
| ARTIST INFORMATION | 2-page PDF Form: Contains information each artist will need to know if they are participating in the show. |
| ARTIST APPLICATION | 2-page PDF Form: All artists applying to participate are required to fill in an Artist Application and send with photos and fee. |
